At Chasing Change, events are at the core of what we do. We run our own events that bring the community together and ensure everyone is welcomed with open arms.
We also see the importance in supporting our friend’s events!
This section allows us to advertise all the upcoming events that we run, but also let you know about the upcoming events of our awesome friends and partners.
Have a look and get involved. At the end of the day it is all about supporting each other and supporting our communities to chase that positive change!

Blue Christmas 2024
15 December @ 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm AEDT
Chasing Change would like to welcome the community to come together once again to embrace, support, and connect with others during an especially difficult Christmas period. Chasing Change wishes to recognise the extraordinarily difficult time Christmas can be for many individuals and families who are missing loved ones. A time where happiness and celebration is common, and expected, is often the hardest point of the year for some.
With this in mind, we would like to invite you to our annual event Blue Christmas.
Blue Christmas is an event that provides a safe, solemn, and supportive space for community members to reflect, reminisce and grieve. The event will offer community members opportunity to embrace with gentle and calming live music from young local talent, whilst also hearing from some key speakers who themselves are experiencing the grief and sadness of missing loved ones at Christmas.
With the events of this year making connection and support even more difficult than usual, Chasing Change is proud to provide the community with an event that acknowledges the pain some people are experiencing, whilst expressing just how supported they are by the community.
The mental and physical wellbeing of all attendees is of utmost priority of Chasing Change. There will be access and direction to relevant support services present.
More details will be provided on Chasing Change social media channels as we approach the 15th of December.
The venue has kindly been donated by High Street Uniting Church.
